A client of interest must first be eligible for San Diego Regional Center Services (SDRC). Once the client of interest become an active client with SDRC , speak to your Social Worker assigned to you from San Diego Regional Center and discuss your interest in one of our programs. Your Social Worker can then approve a formal referral and authorization directly to Social Impact Services
-
Each program is different and personalized to meet a client’s needs. Social Impact Services does require an 80% commitment to scheduled meetings. Please keep Social Impact Services updated regarding circumstances that will affect a consistent schedule.
-
Depending on the program there is a minimal amount of time allotted to ensure we are working on your goals on a consistent basis, however, each program is person-centered. Speak to your case manager so they ensure the authorization of hours best reflects your needs and if needed, an adjustment can be made.
-
Speak to the supervisor and/or Director to discuss your concerns and provide feedback. Social Impact Services hopes to have teachable moments for the staff in order to provide quality support to its clients and provide a change in providers should the client feel its best after review of the case/feedback.
