Meet the founder:
Ms. Daisy— originally born in San Diego, CA was raised just two hours southeast of San Diego, CA in a small border town known as Calexico, CA.
With over a decade of working in social services, Ms. Daisy embodies compassion and dedication.
Throughout her career, she's been committed to helping clients and supporting her colleagues.
When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, she stepped up to lead as a Program Director in a longstanding social services agency. Her leadership not only kept essential services running but also earned her trust as a vendor for the San Diego Regional Center (SDRC).
During this challenging time, she founded Social Impact Services, offering crucial support to individuals and families dealing with developmental disabilities. Through her advocacy work and partnerships, she's championed inclusivity and empowerment in the community.
In everything she does, Ms. Daisy strives to make a positive impact on people's lives. Whether it's through her professional achievements or her community work, she's a source of inspiration, encouraging others to be their best selves and to show kindness and care to those around them.
Employment
Social Impact Services has experience in partnering with many local and state colleges/universities as a learning center for social and human sciences. Individuals who are looking to have a career in case management/social work/human services are highly encouraged to apply. Social Impact Services is a leader among job developers by actively partnering with career centers and community employment programs to provide career-focused opportunities and work environments to individuals with AND without a degree who have a passion and willingness to serve.
